Vishal Puri

Vishal Puri is a senior finance and corporate development leader with over two decades of global experience across investment banking, private equity advisory, and high-growth technology and services companies. He has a strong track record of leading strategic initiatives, M&A transactions, capital raising, and organizational transformation across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the US. 

As Managing Director, India, Vishal is responsible for driving the firm’s regional strategy, overseeing business development, and leading end-to-end transaction execution. His role spans identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and guiding deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration to ensure long-term value creation.

Vishal has held leadership roles at organizations including TresVista, U2opia Global, CitiXsys, and YES Bank, where he has led cross-functional teams across finance, strategy, legal, and technology. He has successfully executed complex transactions, including M&A deals, private equity investments, debt financing, and corporate restructurings, while also building scalable systems and processes to support growth.
