Kishore Mirchandani is a seasoned finance executive with unique expertise in Cross Border M&A transactions, Capital markets, Accounting & Tax, Compliance, Cloud and Technology solutions and Board Leadership. He also has an impressivetrack record in building and selling high growth companies.

Kishore has more than 30 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, which includes CEO and CFO of global enterprises such as Rainshine Global andSmartShift Technologies.  He was also Managing Partner of a public accounting firm in NYC and a Manager at Deloitte in London. He also founded Outsource Partners International, Inc., which was successfully sold to an NYSE company.  By that time, Outsource Partners employed 4,000 professionals globally and Kishore served as its CEO and President

Kishore’s finance and operational leadership has also been recognized by many Board memberships including Audit Committee Positions at Avatar Growth Capital Fund Inc (Mauritius), a private equity fund; Avestar Holdings LLC (New York), a wealth management firm; Rainshine Global Inc (Delaware), a media and entertainment company; Dodla Dairy (Hyderabad), a diary company; Simply Fresh Ltd (Hyderabad) an agriTech company; Fareportal (New York), an e-commerce travel company; Algoma Steel (Canada); and Millennium Acquisition (SPAC).

He graduated with B.Sc. from City University London. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
