Om Kothari is a Senior Investment Banking Analyst specializing in buy-side M&A across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector, with a focus on IT Services, Managed Services Providers (MSPs), AdTech, and other tech-enabled businesses.
Working towards ACCA membership, he combines strong financial and sourcing expertise with a deep understanding of technology-driven industries to support strategic acquisitions for family offices and corporate acquirers across the US, India, and Latin America. Outside of work, Om enjoys hiking, travelling, and exploring new destinations.
